What are the warranty conditions?
Quality control is one of our top priorities and we take it very seriously. We consider perfection to be the highest virtue, but sometimes a mistake can occur. Therefore, if you have a reasonable feeling that something is wrong with our holder and it is due to poor processing, we will be happy if you send it back to us and we will find a solution to make you happy. All our products have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, so please inform info@hangr.eu what you do not see on our holder and we will be happy to exchange it or refund your money.
