How do I return an item?
If you want to return the product, please fill out this form, attach it to the original packaging and send it back together with the product no later than 30 calendar days after delivery.

- Send the product together with the form to Strojsros spol. s.r.o. hangR M. R. Štefánika 2258, 026 01 Dolný Kubín.
- Refunds will be made after an inspection in our warehouse.
How do I return an item?
Please note that we are not responsible for any return costs, so we recommend that you keep proof of shipment as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. If you have any questions or / or comments regarding the return shipment after reading this article, please email info@hangr.eu
How soon will I get refund?
Once we have received the item from you, we will need 2-3 business days for our warehouse to assess the item. Once this has been done we will put the refund in motion and you will receive a notification email.
