Shipping

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send the information needed for the transfer to your e-mail immediately after placing the order. The transfer can take up to 2 days, so we recommend payment by card.

Payment upon receipt of goods (cash on delivery)

You pay for the goods in cash to the driver of the DPD courier company. This service is 1.5 € with VAT. Please always prepare the required amount to speed up the sale of the shipment. You can also pay for the goods with VISA, Maestro and MasterCard payment cards.

Payment by bank transfer

If you choose to pay by regular bank transfer, we’ll automatically send you payment instructions via e-mail. After the payment is credited to our account, you will receive a tax document by e-mail.

• The transfer may take two working days, therefore the delivery date may be affected by the payment deadline. Therefore, we recommend payment by card, which will take place almost immediately.
• The amount must be credited to our account no later than five working days after order confirmation, otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.

To track the status of your order, go to the order details page. If it has not already been sent, we will do everything we can to send it as soon as possible. If you have already received an order confirmation email and a tracking number from the post office, you will find the most up-to-date delivery information via the tracking link in this email.

You may receive your order in multiple packages, each with its own email and tracking link.
